Shipping Information
SHIPPING
Most orders will ship USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when your order leaves our studio. Orders can be expedited, we will be happy to accommodate you.
EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If there is damage during shipping please email us a photo for a full refund or exchange.
Candle Care
01. Trim Your Wick
Trim the wick to 1/8" before you relight your candle to keep the wax clean & burn nicely.
02. Allow a Full Melt Pool
Allow wax to melt all the way to the edges of the candle jar to prevent tunneling.
Note: Our all natural coconut wax blend will initially "hang up" on the sides of the vessel. However, as the wick burns, the sides of the vessel will heat up, and melt the rest of the wax.
03. Burn Time
Avoid burning candle for more than 4 hours at a time. 2 to 4 hours is ideal to prevent overheating and tunneling.
04. Candle Safety
Place your candle on a heat resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candle away from drafts and out of reach of children and pets.
