Absolutely. In addition to using sustainable wax, our vessels are reusable and recyclable, and our packaging is plastic-free and minimal by design. We believe elegance and sustainability should go hand-in-hand.

Never. We do not use paraffin wax in any of our products. Paraffin is a byproduct of petroleum that can release toxins when burned — something we consciously avoid.

To get the best performance:

• Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn
  
• Let the wax melt to the edge of the vessel during every use (especially the first burn)
  
• Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time
  
• Keep away from drafts, pets, and children

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via standard USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. While shipping times may vary slightly by location, most U.S. and Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your candle experience — and we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong in transit.
